Wurlitzer 750 Sold


Just come in, a very original Wurlitzer 750. even better it has the super rare light up back door. This jukebox has come from a private owner and so is set on free play ( no coin gear) and plays 45 RPM vinyl records.
The original plastics are in perfect condition, i.e. no cracks or breaks. The cabinet is in fair condition, presents well but does have defects in the veneer .The nickel is also all original. Use it as is or use and improve. The amp and mechanism have been refurbished and it operates smoothly.

Wurlitzer 1700 1954 SOLD

A lovely restored Wurlitzer model 1700 from 1954. Gorgeous condition, restored and in great condition throughout . Wurlitzer's first jukebox to use the new carousel system that was to endure throughout the range until the 70's.

A real tour de force of sparkling chrome, swirling coloured pilasters that flank the V shaped perforated metal grille and splash it in blue and red. The curved glass top gives a full view of the fascinating record changer that plays the record vertically and places it centre stage when playing. Seeburg 201 1957 SOLD

Here is a 1950's Classic Jukebox. A Seeburg 201 from 1957. Recently restored with lashings of shiny chrome and a stunning grille complete with the three Cadillac fins illuminated with red rocket tail lights.

The Seeburg build quality is second to none, 200 selections on 45 RPM it has a great sound and is a brilliant 50's statement piece.

Wurlitzer Centennial model 2000 1956

Just restored to the highest standard a rare and desirable Wulitzer Centennial from 1956. The first 200 selection Wurlitzer and the first with the motorised turning page assemblies. It was also named the Centennial to celebrate 100 years of the company's history. Fully restored inside and out this is a fabulous example, sounds and looks exactly as it should. Seeburg Trashcan P148 Blond Cabinet

This is the best variation of the Trashcan series to own. It has the blond cabinet finish and the colour animation in the lid and front door. This example has been in private hands for the last 25 years and is in excellent original condition. Plays 20 selections on 78rpm and sounds stunning, a real centre piece . A restored Chantal Meteor jukebox SOLD

A really super example of this iconic design classic. A Chantal Meteor 200 select jukebox. Restored some years ago by a well respected Chantal aficionado it not only looks stunning but sounds superb as well. The lovely original mechanism sports the the original Goldring cartridges and is very smooth in its operation. The original amplifier has been subject to a complete rebuild and the original Phillips speaker still has the red cloth covering. It is set on free play as the credit unit and coin mechanism were probably removed when it was taken off commercial use.Click here for more photos

Packard Manhattan 1947

A Packard Manhattan jukebox from 1947 playing 24 selections on 78rpm shellac. On offer is a beautifully restored example of one of the most luxurious1940's jukeboxes made by Homer Capehart .A fabulous wooden cabinet with silk screened inset glass panels houses the most amazing mechanism. The record rack glides smoothly to the selection which is then transferred to the playing deck from the vertical to the horizontal. Enlessly enjoyable to watch in action. 11956 Seeburg VL 200 SOLD

The Justifiably known as the Rolls Royce of jukeboxes Seeburg were always pushing the technical boundaries and stunned the opposition with this groundbreaking 200 selection jukebox in 1955. Dripping with chrome and with the motorized title drum operated by the five music category buttons this must have been breathtaking to see when it made it's public appearance. This example has been restored in the U.S.A some years ago, still presents well with more chrome than a Cadillac! Sounds superb and ready to go.Click here to see more photos

  • Instructions for using the Singer 319K automatic swing needle sewing machine (1957 - 108 pages). Before computerisation, embroidery stitches had to be achieved mechanically. This zigzag machine has a set of levers on the top which, in combination with the 30 supplied fashion discs (flat cams), manipulate the byte of the needle to form dozens of decorative stitches. There was a free-arm version (320K) and together they represent probably the last of Singer's rugged, 'all-metal' domestics.
